Melissa Etherdige returns to the home video market with “A Little Bit Of ME: Live in L.A.”
Recorded LIVE on December 12, 2014, at the historic Orpheum Theater in downtown Los Angeles this concert finds Melissa and her band in peak performance as they steamroll the audience with a 13 song setlist of classic hits like “I Want To Come Over” and “Bring Me Some Water” plus new songs from her “This Is M.E.” album.
I have personally watched many concerts on DVD and Blu-Ray and this is by far one of the best I have seen. Every aspect of this release is perfect! The Hi-Def picture is absolutely crystal clear and the audio sounds just like you are at the show. Most of the time a concert film will only focus on the lead singer or solo performer but with this release Melissa shares the camera and every musician is featured throughout.
Another aspect of this release that I very much enjoyed was the interviews that were interspersed between songs. These snippets actually enhanced the concert and made the viewing experience more fun. The Blu-Ray also includes a CD that features 11 of the 13 songs from the complete setlist.
If you’ve never seen Melissa Etheridge LIVE in concert watch this concert video and you will feel like you did! Melissa never disappoints.
Drumroll please… 10 out of 10 drumsticks!!!
