Warner Bros. Home Entertainment finally brings 3 Stephen King classics to Blu-Ray. For the first time ever fans will be able to enjoy 2 popular made for TV classics: “Salem’s Lot” and “Stephen King’s IT” plus the Drew Barrymore anthology film “Stephen King’s Cat’s Eye.”
“Salem’s Lot” features one of the creepiest looking vampires of all-time and the Blu-Ray includes an All-new feature-length audio commentary by Director Tobe Hooper (Poltergeist, Texas Chainsaw Massacre).
“IT” is one of the most popular Stephen King miniseries ever produced and features Tim Curry in his nightmare inducing role as Pennywise. Special features on this 3 hour plus feature include commentary by director Tommy Lee Wallace (Halloween III, Fright Night Part 2) and stars John Ritter, Dennis Christopher, Tim Reid and Richard Thomas.
Finally we get “Stephen King’s Cat’s Eye” from director Lewis Teague who gained critical and box office success with a previous Stephen King book to film adaptation, “Cujo.” “Stephen King’s Cat’s Eye” is described as a “thrillogy” featuring 3 stories all link together by one supernatural feline’s adventures. Special features here include commentary by Lewis Teague and the original theatrical trailer.
