Bec Lauder and the Noise have quietly built quite a following in the past two years, and have some heat on them here in the summer of 2025. After collaborating with fellow New Yorker Two Feet, the trio are set to release their debut album in August. The single and accompanying video for “Give It” are out now.
It definitely distinguishes itself from the work they did with Two Feet. Both the song and video have a glam rock feel twinged with 90’s girl pop. The hooks aren’t obvious but are undeniably lasting, which is a neat trick. The video features dancers from the Brooklyn Nets.

Bec Lauder and the Noise’s debut album is out August 22
Formed in Manhattan’s East Village, the band consists of Frontwoman Bec Lauder (guitar, bass, vocals). Soph Shreds (lead guitar, bass), and Maggie Bishop (drums, backing vocals). In addition to their high-profile work with Two Feet, the trio released an EP in 2023 titled Before Everything Changes and have played over 75 well-received shows throughout the Big Apple. Their debut album, The Vessel, is set for release on August 22.
